The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. Beginning at 6:05 p.m. conduct public hearings in the following order; a. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for possible approval of the concept plan for the Wild Plum Estates Subdivision consisting of 4 lots total, located at 91 West 300 North. Tax Id. #11-079-0015 b. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for possible approval the concept plan for the Summers/Hall Subdivision consisting of 2 lots located at approximately 309 North Center. Tax Id. #11-079-0013 c. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for possible approval resolution 2021-15 approving the Wellsville City Annexation Policy. 7. Annalise Christensen - discuss for approval the lot line adjustment at 460 South Center. Tax Id. #10-030-0003 8. Craig Smith - discuss for approval the lot line adjustment at approximately 150 West 300 North. Tax Id. #11-081-0058 9. Discuss recommendations from the Wellsville City Council review of the Bridle Path Estates Concept Plan. 10. Discuss Creekside Meadows appraisal for purchase of open space property. 11. Other zoning matters
