WEST VALLEY CITY CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF ZONE CHANGE HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF a Study Meeting to be held in the Multi-Purpose Room on September 7, 2021 at 4:30 p.m. and a Public Hearing to be held in the Council Chambers on September 14, 2021, at 6:30 p.m. Both City Council meetings will be held at West Valley City Hall, 3600 South Constitution Boulevard, to discuss: Application #Z-5-2021, filed by Brent Beutler To amend the zoning map of West Valley City, Utah by reclassifying the following described property from R-2-8 (Two Unit Dwelling Residential, minimum lot size 8,000 square feet) to R-1-8 (Single Unit Dwelling Residential, minimum lot size 8,000 square feet). The property is located at 3532 South 5450 West on 0.43 acres The public is invited to attend the public hearing and give written or oral comments.
