- LAYTON CITY OFFICIAL RESULTS 2021 PRIMARY ELECTION CITY COUNCIL - Two (2) four-year seats Tyson Roberts 4,418 nominated Bettina Smith Edmondson 2,547 nominated Jesse Barocio 2,140 nominated C J Benson 2,074 nominated J. Scott Carter 1.863 eliminated Tom Cavanaugh 1,652 eliminated Chris Crowder 1,349 eliminated Kirsten Jacobson 1,265 eliminated Angie Hronek 1,229 eliminated A total of 9,909 ballots were received from 41,343 Registered Voters. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Board of Canvassers for Layton City has prepared a report of the election results for the Primary Election, held on Tuesday, August 10, 2021.
