NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CEDAR HILLS, UTAH Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Cedar Hills, Utah, will hold a Public Hearing in connection with their meeting on Tuesday, August 31, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. at the Community Recreation Center, 10640 N Clubhouse Drive, Cedar Hills, Utah. The Planning Commission will receive public comment regarding the following: Amendments to the Official Zoning Map of Cedar Hills, rezoning 9561 N Canyon Road from the PR 2.2 Planned Residential Zone to the R-1-15,000 Residential Zone Preliminary Plan approval for Cedar Hills Gateway Subdivision Lots 2, 3 and 4 Before the public hearing, supporting documentation is posted on the city website at www.cedarhills.org or available by contacting the City Recorder at 801-785-9668. /s/ Colleen A.
