Notice of a Public Hearing
The Planning Commission and City Council will hold public hearings on Wednesday, September 1st and Tuesday, September 7th, at 6:00 p.m.
Zone Map amendment for the Olsen Duplex. The proposal involves modifying the current In-Fill Overlay Zone project approval for property located at 432 North 600 East. The applicant proposes modifications to the exterior building materials.
Wasatch Pallet. The proposal involves changing the current Zone from I-1 to I-2 for property in the vicinity of 800 West 1000 North.
590 East Center Project. The proposal involves changing the current Zone from R-1-6 to R-3 for property in the vicinity of 590 East Center Street.
The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at 40 South Main Street in Spanish Fork.
