- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A Provo City Planning Commission Administrative Hearing on delegated applications will be held on Wednesday, September 01, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. at 330 West 100 South, Provo. Item 1 CJO Holdings, LLC request Project Plan approval for a warehouse building contiguous to Day's Market, located at 352 E 3200 N, in the Neighborhood Commercial (SC1) zone. Edgemont Neighborhood. Aaron Ardmore (801) 852-6404 aardmore@provo.org PLPPA20210513 Prior to the hearing application information may be obtained from and comments may be submitted to the Development Services Department located at 330 West 100 South, Provo, 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Monday - Thursday, or visit provo.org/pcadminhearing. Decisions may be appealed to the Provo City Board of Adjustment by filing an appeal application within fourteen (14) days following the decision. To send comments on Planning Commission Administrative Hearing items or weigh in on current issues, email dspublichearings@provo.org. Provo City will make reasonable accommodations for all citizens interested in participating in this meeting.
