PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION Public Meeting of Wednesday, August 11, 2021, 6:00pm Mendon City Hall, 15 North Main Street, Mendon, UT 84325 AGENDA CALL TO ORDER & ROLL CALL PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE INVOCATION WELCOME ADOPTION OF AGENDA REVIEW & APPROVAL OF MINUTES A. July 14, 2021 CONSENT AGENDA Items on the Consent Agenda are considered to have no known opposition or concern and are considered for approval as a group of items. If an item is on the Consent Agenda, no presentation or discussion is given, unless it is pulled to the Discussion Agenda. A. None DISCUSSION AGENDA The following items are scheduled for a discussion before the Commission. For each item, the Chair will read the description of the item; Commission members will report on the specific details of the item; and the proponent of the item can make a presentation. Public comment is encouraged. A. Logan Brown - new single-family residence, building permit 39 East 300 South, Mendon, UT / TIN TBA / Residential (R1/R2) Zone Requesting a building permit for the construction of a new single-family residence B. Greg Schroeder - short-term rental permit 41 West 200 North, Mendon, UT / TIN 11-018-0048 / Residential (R1/R2) Zone EIN 84-4932213 / Utah STC/STR #15291286-003 Requesting a short-term rental permit for the property listed CITIZEN PARTICIPATION Time is set aside for the public to speak to the Commission about items not specifically listed on the agenda. No decision or vote will take place for items discussed during Citizen Participation. Depending on the number of people wishing to speak, the Chair will set a maximum amount of time for each speaker.
