- Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will conduct public hearings on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 beginning at 6:30 p.m. on the following projects: - Riley's Taste of Sunshine Overlay: Request by Noelle Sorensen for use of the NC Neighborhood Commercial Overlay on Utah County Parcel 65:187:0001 located at 21 East 1176 South in the R-1-9 Residential Zone. - Proposed amendments to Title 19, Zoning Ordinance, Title 20, Subdivision Ordinance, and the Payson City Development Guidelines. The meeting will be held in person and electronically via Zoom Conferencing. To ensure your participation in the public hearing, please join the meeting via Zoom.
