NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING September 1, 2021, 6:00 PM REQUEST: To hear public comment in regards to a conditional use permit for a golf outdoor recreational facility. The facility will be located at 484 N 700 E, Parcel Number: 56:037:0002. The property is located within the RMU zoning district. CONTACT: Cache Hancey, Planning Technician (801) 226-1929 ext. 2 or email at cacheh@vineyardutah.org. TIME & PLACE: The Planning Commission meeting will be held on September 1, 2021 at 6:00 PM. Public comments, questions, and requests for copies of application materials are encouraged to be emailed to Cache Hancey at cacheh@vineyardutah.org prior to the meeting. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify Cache Hancey, at least 24 hours prior to the meeting by calling (801) 226-1929.
