CANCELLED PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Council will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, September l, 2021 beginning at 6:00 p.m. on the following project: - Quail Mountain Annexation (formerly known as Double A): Request by Walter Johnson to annex Utah County Parcels 30:050:0074 and 30:050:0109 into Payson City. The property proposed to be annexed totals 10.5 acres and is located at approximately 370 South 1300 East. The applicant is requesting a zoning designation of R-1-10 upon annexation. The meeting will be held in person and electronically via Zoom Conferencing. To ensure your participation in the public hearing, please join the meeting via Zoom.
