Invocation or thought Pledge of Allegiance Adopt agenda. 2. Public comment. (Individuals wishing to provide public comment may do so by submitting an email to City Recorder Cassie Brown, cassieb@syracuseut.com, by 5:00 p.m. on August 24, 2021. Comments submitted by the deadline will be read for the record of the meeting.) 3. Canvass and consideration of certification of the results of Syracuse City Primary Election held August 10, 2021. Council discussion, if necessary, will commence with Councilmember Bingham. 4. Secondary water report. (10 min.) Council discussion, if necessary, will commence with Councilmember Bingham. 5. Discussion and/or action regarding petition from Scott Shepard for culinary water service outside City limits at 3919 W. 2700 S. (10 min.) Council discussion, if necessary, will commence with Councilmember Maughan. 6. Public hearing: Consideration of request for donation made by Kiwanis Club. (5 min.) Council discussion, if necessary, will commence with Councilmember Savage. 7. Proposed ordinance 2021-19, zone change for property at approximately 2400 W. 2700 S., Agricultural (A-1) to Residential (R- 3) ( reconsidered on August 10, tabled to August 24). (15 min.) Council discussion, if necessary, will commence with Councilmember Teague 8. Proposed Resolution R21-41 Wage scale adjustment, park maintenance worker. (5 min.) Council discussion, if necessary, will commence with Councilmember Bingham. 9.
