- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Elwood Town Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on September 7, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. at the Elwood Town Hall, 5235 West 8800 North, regarding the Repeal and replace-Subdivision Ordinance 11.02 Subdivision Procedures and amend-Subdivision 11.10 Development Standards, .070 Secondary Water System and add title 12 water dedication requirement. The ordinances are available at the Town Hall for review. All interested citizens are invited to attend at the Elwood Town Hall, 5235 West 8800 North.
