RECURRING BUSINESS 4.1 MOTION: APPROVAL OF AGENDA Any point of order or issue regarding items on the Agenda or the order of the agenda need to be addressed here prior to the approval of the agenda. 4.2 MOTION: APPROVAL OF MINUTES FOR JULY 29, 2021 5.
