NOTICE AND AGENDA OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING

Members of the Board of Trustees may participate electronically. Portions of meetings may be closed for reasons allowed by statute. Motions relating to any of the items listed below, including final action, may be taken.

4. Discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual (possible closed meeting)
5. Consideration of the General Manager's Evaluation (discussion and possible action)
