- WEST VALLEY CITY PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION Notice is hereby given that on August 17, 2021; The West Valley City Council adopted Ordinance 21-43: 'AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE GENERAL PLAN TO SHOW A CHANGE OF LAND USE FROM GENERAL COMMERCIAL TO HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (12 TO 20 UNITS/ACRE) FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2351 S REDWOOD RD. ON 1.81 ACRES.' The complete Ordinance is on file and available for inspection in the City Recorder's office and is also available on the City's webpage, www.wvc-ut.gov.
