- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting on Wednesday, August 18, 2021, at the Eureka City Hall, 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. ROLL CALL. 2. READING/APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES. 3. REPORT OF OFFICERS - BOARDS - COMMITTEES. 4. UNFINISHED BUSINESS. 5. NEW BUSINESS. 6. DISCUSSION ITEMS: a. Review and Discussion of Site Plan for Derk Palfreyman for 134 W. Railroad Street and Request for Waiver from Moratorium on Building for lot on Haulage Road. b. Review and Discussion of a Parcel of Property along Beck Street for Robert Palfreyman (would it be considered as a buildable lot.) c. Review and Discussion of Concept Plan for Aaron Schauers for preliminary consideration for lots on Leadville Row. d. Small House Requirements. e. Modifying zoning for portions of town/Cottage Home Ordinance. f. Stormwater. g. Review of Impact Fees. h. Needed Changes for Eureka's Addressing System. i.
