NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold a Special Meeting on Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, Gunnison, UT 84634. This meeting is scheduled to begin at 7:00 pm. 1) 7:00 p.m. Invocation 2) Discussion and Possible Approval of water connection - Greg Bartholomew 3) Request for Donation for 4-H Livestock - Shayla Coates 4) Discussion of Online products with State Bank of Southern Utah - Casey Dyreng 5) Discussion with Possible Approval of preliminary plan for Subdivision at 500 West Center - Josh Flake 6) Discussion regarding request for rezoning of property approximately 400 North 135 West and scheduling of public hearing - Courtney Crane 7) Annual Report to Council from Gunnison Valley Recreation 8) Discussion regarding upcoming ARPA Grant Deadline - opportunity for funds and priority projects that would qualify 9) Discuss scheduling Summer Party, Thrive 125 and upcoming trainings for personnel and elected officials such as the ULCT annual convention September 28 through Oct 1 and others - Mayor Nay 10) Discussion with Possible Approval of 3 computers for Front Office, Parks, and Recorder - Mayor Nay 11) Proposed Approval of City Council Minutes for Wednesday, June 12, 2021, and Wednesday, July 21, 2021, and Wednesday August 4, 2021 12) Proposed Approval of Bills and Adjustments 13) Other Business 14) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order.
