- Regular Council Meeting Call to order: Mayor Korry Soper Agenda Items: 1. Canvass of primary election - JoAnn Otten, City Recorder. 2. Dave Simons - Manti Utah Stake, National Day of Service project plans. 3. Joan Shand - Community Halloween activity & trunk or treat plans. 4. Patti Landes - Proposed charter school at 1 North Main Street. 5. Kelly Peterson - Proposed subdivision and annexation near Crystal Springs. 6. Jason Maylett - Consider Approval of Phase 2 of Maylett Estates Subdivision. 7. Financial Review - July 2022 statements. 8. Continuing Business 9. Councilmembers reports: Gary Chidester Darren Dyreng Jason Maylett Jason Vernon Mary Wintch 10. Public Comment - two minutes per each comment. 11. Mayor Korry Soper 12. Consideration of minutes of the previous meeting. 13. City Manager Kent Barton. 14. Executive Session (if needed).
