- The board of the North Logan City Library is holding an emergency closed session to discuss a staffing issue. A majority of the board has voted to hold this emergency session. The session is closed to the public due to a discussion of the character, competence, or health of a person or persons. This is the only topic that will be discussed at the meeting.
