RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 26, 2021 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): - J'Amy Winters is requesting approval for a conditional use home occupation for an in home nail salon 'Nails by J'Amy' at 12250 Lampton View Drive. - Ismael Gutierrez is requesting approval for a condition use home occupation 'Deorum Boxing' to be located at 12746 Timp View Drive. - Emily Fuller is requesting approval for a conditional use home occupation for 'Grooming by Emily' an in-home dog grooming business to be located at 3088 W Elmwood Drive. - Craig Bergstrom is requesting approval of an amended subdivision plat to amend Lot 2 of Bergstrom Estates and Lot 17 of Green Haven Subdivision located near 11893 South Verde View Cove. This meeting is open to the public. A staff report will be available for public review through the City website prior to the meeting. Audio and video of the meeting will be broadcast live. Audio and written minutes will be available following the meeting. Public comment for this item may be submitted via email to planning@rivertonutah.gov or by phone to 801-208-3138. All comments submitted before 5:00 pm on the date of the hearing will be relayed to the Planning Commission. Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
