Approval of Minutes A. August 4, 2021 B. August 11, 2021 2. Final Plat A. VISTA VIEW PHASE 3. The proposal involves creating 77 residential units for development located at 2350 East 750 South. B. VISTA VIEW PHASE 4. The proposal involves creating 110 residential units for development located at 2350 East 920 South. 3. Zone Change and Preliminary Plat A. CEDAR HEIGHTS. The proposal involves changing the current zone from R-1-6 to R-1-6 with the Infill Overlay in conjunction with the subdivision of a single residential parcel into two residential lots located at 311 South 500 East. 4.
