CLEARFIELD CITY Notice of PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following public hearings have been scheduled to be heard by the Clearfield Planning Commission at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 1, 2021; and by the Clearfield City Council at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 14, 2021. The meetings will be held in the Council Chambers on the 3rd Floor of the City Municipal Center located at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah 84015. Public Hearing, Discussion and Possible Action on RZN 2021-070038, a zoning map amendment request by Castle Creek Homes to rezone the subject properties from A-1 (Agricultural) to R-1-6 (Residential). Location: 951 West 300 North (TIN: 12-019-0131, 12-019-0133, & 12-019-0134). Project Area: 2.419 Acres. Staff: Brad McIlrath. Public Hearing, Discussion and Possible Action on RZN 2021-070039, a zoning map amendment request by Clearfield City to rezone the subject properties from R-1-8 (Residential) to P-F (Public Facilities). Location: 526 S. 1000 E. (TIN: 12-004-0153) and Bicentennial Park (TIN: 12-004-0145). Project Area: 5.90 acres Staff: Spencer W. Brimley. Public Hearing, Discussion and Possible Action on the Clearfield Park at Antelope Development Agreement for a proposed townhome development at the subject location. Location: Approximately 1608 South 1000 East (TIN: 12-066-0098, 12-066-0097, & 12-066-0096). Project Area: 7.63 Acres. Zone: R-3 (Residential) conditioned on a development agreement. Planner: Spencer W. Brimley. All interested persons present will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written comment may also be submitted, by mail to Clearfield City, Community Development, 55 South State Street, Clearfield, UT 84015. Written comments not received prior to the date of the meeting, may not be able to be considered. A copy of the application is available for review at the Customer Service Center of the City Municipal Center located at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah, Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
