Public notice is hereby given of a Hyrum City Council Meeting to be held in the Council Chambers, 60 West Main, Hyrum, Utah at 6:30 PM, August 19, 2021. The proposed agenda is as follows: 1. ROLL CALL 2. CALL TO ORDER 3. WELCOME 4. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 5. INVOCATION 6. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 7. AGENDA ADOPTION 8. PUBLIC COMMENT 9. SCHEDULED DELEGATIONS A. Norm Larsen - To update City Council on property he owns at 225 West Main. B. Sydney Keller - To request a Home Occupation Business License at 560 South 690 East for a salon. C. Fire Chief Kevin Maughan - To present Hyrum City with a recognition plaque honoring past and present Hyrum City Fire Fighters. 10. INTRODUCTION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTIONS AND ORDINANCES A. Resolution 21-14 - A resolution setting Electrical Power Monthly Service Fees for all customers and setting service rates for canyon customers receiving electrical power from the Hyrum City Municipal Power Systems. 11. OTHER BUSINESS A. Consideration and appointment to the Hyrum Library Board. B. Mayor and City Council Reports. 12.
