Description/Agenda: PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Salt Lake County Planning Commission ('planning commission') intends during the remainder of the 2021 calendar year and during the 2022 calendar year to prepare and recommend to the Salt Lake County Council a General Plan for the area shown in Figure 1, which is an unincorporated area known as Sandy Hills. The General Plan is being prepared in compliance with Utah Code Ann. 17-27a-403 County Land Use, Development, and Management Act. The Plan addresses long range planning for the Sandy Hills community within the boundaries shown in Figure 1 and will contain required land use and transportation planning elements as well as additional important planning subjects. The intent of the planning commission is to complete this planning effort by December 2022.
