PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Sunset City Council will hold a regular meeting at the date and time noted above. It will be held in the Council Chambers of the Sunset City Office Building, 200 West 1300 North, Sunset, Utah. If you are not on the agenda, the Council will not be able to discuss your item of business until another meeting. If you wish to have an item placed on the agenda, contact the Sunset City Recorder at 801-614-9103. REGULAR SESSION 1. CALL TO ORDER & WELCOME by Mayor Madsen 2. INVOCATION AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE by Council Member Macfarlane 3. PUBLIC COMMENTS 4. Consider a conditional use request from JAG Properties, LLC to build 13 townhomes on property located at approximately 1375 North 250 West 5. Consider a request for reduction in total landscaping required for the Sunset Towne Center Development to be located at approximately 335 West 1300 North 6. Consider a request for reduction in total parking required for the Sunset Towne Center Development to be located at approximately 335 West 1300 North 7. Consider a request for reduction of total frontage required for the Sunset Towne Center Development to be located at approximately 335 West 1300 North 8. Consider ordering the rock features for the Veterans Memorial to be installed when the Veterans Memorial Park is constructed 9. Mayor, Council and Department Head reports 10. Adjourn the regular session and move into the work session WORK SESSION 11. Discuss amending the Sunset City Ordinance regarding park strips to help residents qualify for the 'flip your strip' rebate program 12. Discuss the Sunset City Water Master Plan 13. Discuss the America Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding and expenditures Adjourn
