PARKS, TRAILS & OPEN SPACE COMMITTEE AGENDA
Notice is hereby given that the Cottonwood Heights Parks, Trails, & Open Space Committee will hold a virtual meeting beginning at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, August 18, 2021. In view of the current COVID-19 pandemic, this meeting will occur electronically, without a physical location, as authorized by the Governor's Executive Order dated 18 March 2020 and related legislation enacted by the Utah Legislature since that date (see attached written determination of the committee chair, that conducting this meeting with a physical anchor location presents a substantial risk to the health and safety of those who may be present at the anchor location).
Each citizen desiring to attend the Zoom committee meeting must register in advance for the 'webinar' (i.e. the Committee meeting) at the following link:

Each registrant will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar.

Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation
Committee Members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a Committee Member does participate via telephonic communication, the Committee member will be on speakerphone. The speakerphone will be amplified so that the other Committee Members and all other persons present in the room will be able to hear all discussions.
