NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held in the Council Chambers at 2700 W. Taylorsville Boulevard on Tuesday, August 24, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. before the Taylorsville Planning Commission. Person(s) wishing to make a public comment may attend the meeting or submit comments via email to jspung@taylorsvilleut.gov, or via phone/voicemail to (801) 955-2092, no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of the regularly scheduled meeting time. City staff will share submitted comments with the Planning Commission members; all comments received are added to the public record. The following items will be open to public hearing: The City of Taylorsville is requesting a Land Development Code text amendment to Sections 13.07.020; 13.08.020; 13.09.030; 13.10.020; and 13.11.010, related to accessory dwelling units, extended living areas, guesthouses, and corresponding definitions. File #12Z21. The files are available for public inspection and may be examined during normal business hours at Taylorsville City Hall, 2600 West Taylorsville Boulevard, Telephone 801-963-5400.
