- To be posted Thursday, August 12, 2021, on the Utah Public Notice Website. Notice OF PUBLIC HEARING: Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on August 26, 2021, to receive public comment on a request by Mark Larson known as the Larson Zone Change, located at approximately 12990 Boulter Street, for the purpose of Rezoning the property from RA1 (Residential Agricultural, 40,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size) to RA2 (Residential Agricultural 20,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size).
