- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS AUGUST 24, 2021 AND SEPTEMBER 16, 2021 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, August 24, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a proposal to rezone approximately 11.245 acres of property from C-H (Planned Highway Commercial) to M-1 (Light Manufacturing/Industrial). The property is located at approximately 613 West 500 North. The Layton City Council will also hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, September 16, 2021, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, regarding the same issue.
