WEST VALLEY CITY CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF ZONE CHANGE HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF a study meeting to be held in the Multi-Purpose Room on August 17, 2021, at 4:30 p.m. and a public hearing to be held in the Council Chambers on August 24, 2021, at 6:30 p.m. Both City Council meetings will be held at West Valley City Hall, 3600 Constitution Boulevard, to discuss: Application #GPZ-13-2021, filed by Brian Pitcher To amend the General Plan of West Valley City by reclassifying the following described property from Low Density Residential (3 to 4 units/acre) to Light Manufacturing and a zone change from R-1-8 (Single Unit Dwelling Residential, minimum lot size 8,000 sq. ft.) to M (Manufacturing). The property is located at 4312 South 4000 West and 4270 South 4060 West on 1.81 acres. The public is invited to attend the public hearing and give written or oral comments.
