- PUBLIC NOTICE TO ALL LAYTON CITY RESIDENTS AND INTERESTED PARTIES In conformance with the requirements of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, Layton City invites all interested parties to review and comment on City Housing and Community Development Needs of Low Income Persons and the Development of the Amended Annual Action Plan for the use of additional CDBG COVID-19 Cares Act Allocations for the 2019-2020 Grant. A copy of The Plan is available for review at the Community and Economic Development Department in the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah 84041; 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, from Monday, August 16, 2021 until Friday, August 20, 2021.
