- NOTICE OF UNOFFICAL PRIMARY ELECTION RESULTS FOR LAYTON CITY The following results from the Primary Election are unofficial until the Canvass takes place on Thursday, August 19, 2021. Davis County Clerk's Office has indicated the following number of outstanding ballots for Layton City: 5 Provisional and 793 By Mail. Its office will be processing these ballots and include them in an updated release on Wednesday, August 11, 2021. City Council CJ Benson 1,862 Jesse Barocio 1,819 Bettina Smith Edmondson 2,168 Tyson Roberts 3,848 Kirsten Jacobson 1,132 J.
