- AGENDA SANTA CLARA HERITAGE COMMISSION August 12, 2021 Time: 4:00 p.m. Notice is hereby given that the Santa Clara Heritage Commission will hold a meeting on the 12th day of August, in the Santa Clara Town Hall Conference room at 2603 Santa Clara Drive. The meeting will begin at 4:00 p.m. Call to Order: Business: 1. Consider a request for approval of the exterior design of a new home at approximately 2789 Vineyard Dr, within the Santa Clara Historic District. Applicant: Reggie Gates. 2. Misc. Items 3.
