Town Of Portage Council Meeting Wednesday August 11, 2021 25880 N 9000 W 6:00 PM Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Portage will hold its Town Council meeting on Wednesday, August 11, 2021at the Portage Town Hall located at 25880 N 9000 W, which meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 PM. The Agenda shall be as follows: 6:00 PM Call to Order Opening Ceremony: 1.Review and Approval of minutes from July 14, 2021 Town Council Meeting. 2.Review and Approval of July 14 - August 11, 2021 Bills/Payroll. 3.Review Financial Report, Bank Reconciliations and Water adjustments or write-offs 4.Vacancy of Town Council Member 5.Public comments, 3 minutes per person Review of Departments: Water- Tyson Nelson 6.Discussion and vote to approve funds for work needed in the reservoir Roads- Lesley Smith 7. Revise bid and confirmation of tree trimming 8. Estimated plan for road work in 2021 9. New manager over road work for Box Elder County 10. Pipe work needed around corner at 4 ways stop 11.Culvert at 8800 Grover warning signs will be placed 12. Most citizens are mowing the right-of-way by homes 13. Ever thought of UN-incorporating?
