- BEAR RIVER CITY * NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER AMENDING APPENDIX A, CHAPTER 1, CHAPTER 2, CHAPTER 3 AND CREATING CHAPTER 11 PUBLIC HEARING: The Planning Commission of Bear River City, Utah along with the City Council will hold a Public Hearing on the 19Th Day of August, 2021 at the Bear River Civic Center at 5871 North 4700 West, Bear River, Utah at the hour of 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, to consider amending the following Chapters; - Appendix A- Land Uses by Zone - Chapter 1- General Provisions - Chapter 2- Definitions - Chapter 3/Sewer Ordinance As well as create a Chapter 11 to address Internal Dwelling Units. All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard. Published by order of the Bear River City Planning Commission. In compliance with the Americans with disabilities act, individuals needing special accommodations including auxiliary communicative aids and serviced during the meeting should notify the Planning Commission Secretary at 801-791-5339 at least 48 hours in advance.
