NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Council will hold their Regular Council Meeting on Monday, August 9, 2021, Meeting will begin at 7:00 pm, 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah. Due to the State and Health Department COVID-19 guidelines, attendance in person may be limited, as determined by applicable restrictions in place on the meeting date. Residents may participate in the meeting via Zoom. Please call 435-433-6915 or email: eureka15@cut.net for the link at least 3 hours prior to the meeting. Written comments submitted via email at least 3 hours prior to the meeting, which will be read into public record, may be submitted via email to eureka15@cut.net. The agenda shall be as follows: 7:00 pm - 7:30 pm PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. ROLL CALL. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES. TREASURER'S REPORT. CLAIMS AGAINST THE CITY. REPORT OF OFFICERS AND COMMITTEES. 1. Mayor and City Council Committees. A. Nick Castleton. B. Robert Trepanier C. Travis Haynes. D. Darrin Carlson. E. Leslie Rice. F. Larry Ezell. 2. Planning Commission. 7:30 pm ACTION ITEMS/DISCUSSION ITEMS. 1. Review, Discussion and Adoption of a Policy concerning Fuel Line Check List and Permit Information Sheet. 2. Review, Discussion and Adoption of an Ordinance concerning No Pets being allowed at City Park. 3. Review and Discussion concerning updating Employee Policies and Procedures to include the latest changes in the Utah Retirement System to be compliant with State Law. 4. Discussion concerning Quote on new Computers for City Office. 5. Discussion concerning City Water Ordinance (loss of connections). 8:00 pm CITIZEN COMMENTS.
