Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PERRY CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Perry City Council will hold, in the City Council Chambers at 3005 South 1200 West in Perry, a public hearing to receive public comment regarding Ordinance 21-O Emergency Drought Rates. This public hearing, starting at approximately 7:40 p.m. will be held in conjunction with the Perry City Council meeting, which starts at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 12, 2021. After the public hearing, the proposed action item may be adopted/approved, with or without changes, in the same public meeting. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Written concerns are welcome and shall be given the opportunity to be heard. A copy of the proposed Ordinance is available for public review in the office of the City Recorder located at 3005 South 1200 West, Perry, Utah.
