Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Farr West City will hold a work session at 6:00 pm and its regular meeting at 7:00 pm on Thursday, August 12, 2021 6:00 pm - Work Session to discuss accessory buildings, Chapters 6 and 7 of the General Plan and a training schedule to comply with the changes made in the 2021 legislative session 1. Call to Order -Chairman Ted Black 2. Opening Ceremony a. Pledge of Allegiance b. Prayer 3. Business Items a. Report from City Council b. Open public hearing to consider changes to the city ordinance to comply with HB82 and HB409 from the 2021 Utah Legislative Session. This will include changes to sections 17.08.010, 17.44.170, and the city development standard and create a new section 17.44.210 c. Close public hearing and proceed with the regular meeting d. Recommendation to the City Council on changes to the city ordinance to comply with HB82 and HB409 from the 2021 Utah Legislative Session. This will include changes to sections 17.08.010, 17.44.170, and the city development standard and create a new section 17.44.210 e. Set a public hearing to consider the request of a re-zone of the River Blacksmith Properties LLC located at approximately 1500 North 2300 West, parcel numbers 15-005-0108 and 15-004-0112, from the A-1 zone to the R-1-15 zone f. Discussion on a sidewalk on the east side of 2000 West g. Discussion on accessory structure setbacks ordinance, 17.44.190 h. Discussion on livestock ordinance, 6.08.020 4. Consent Items a. Approval of minutes dated July 8, 2021 5. Mayor/Council Follow-up a. Report on Assignments 6. Public Comments (Resident(s) attending this meeting will be allotted 2 minutes to express a concern or ask a question about any issue that IS NOT ON THE AGENDA. No action can or will be taken on any issue presented.) 7. Adjournment
