BRIGHAM CITY ORDINANCES NO. 21-10, 21-11, and 21-12 Notice is hereby given that on August 5, 2021, the Brigham City Council approved Ordinances 21-10, 21-11, and 21-12. Ordinance 21-10 vacates 10-foot-wide public utility easements between two lots at 694 North and 698 North Highland Boulevard and provides 10-foot-wide public utility easement along north side of the new property line within Easter Falls Subdivision. Ordinance 21-11 vacates portions of sewer easements within the Glen Hollow Subdivision Phase 4 area located at 600 South and 1100 West. Ordinance 21-12 amends Title 29, Zoning, to add Section 29.05.270 Internal Accessory Dwelling Units. Copies of all ordinances are available at the Office of the City Recorder during regular business hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or by emailing cboss@bcutah.org.
