Consideration of Ordinance #34-20201, a Zone Change from A-5 (agriculture) to Neighborhood Commercial and R-1-Flex (residential) on 20.10-acres of property located at 2100 North 2300 West. Petitioner: X Development 11. Consideration of Concept approval for the 2100 North Subdivision Concept, a 66-lot residential development located at approximately 2100 North 2300 West. (This item was tabled at the June 29th meeting) Petitioner: X Development 12. Consideration of Resolution #2021-50, a Resolution of Intent to Annex for the Micron East Annexation, including 111.51 acres located at approximately 1800 East 4800 North with proposed TH-5 Zoning. Consideration of Ordinance #36-2021, a General Plan Amendment on 8.18-acres from Neighborhood Commercial and Very Low Density Residential to Medium Density Residential located at approximately 2900 North and 1200 West. Petitioner: Symphony Homes 14. Consideration of Concept approval for the Lehi Terrace Concept Plan, a 39-lot single family subdivision located at approximately 2900 North 1200 West.
