Description/Agenda: PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE is hereby given that the Fillmore City Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing in conjunction with the regular Planning Commission meeting on Tuesday, August 24th, 2021 at 7:15 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Fillmore City Building, 75 West Center Street, Fillmore, UT for the purpose of receiving public comment concerning amending the Fillmore Municipal Code to consider Short Term Rentals or Air B&B uses. Individuals needing special accommodations must notify the city office at 743-5233 at least three business days prior to the meeting.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In accordance with the Americans With Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting must notify the city office at 75 West Center Street (435-743-5233)at least three (3) working days prior to the meeting.
Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation: Electronic participation is not available.
