- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE The Provo City Design Review Committee will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 12, 2021, at 12:30 p.m., in the Community Development Conference Room at the Provo City Center, located at 330 West 100 South. The following items below will be discussed, and anyone interested is invited to attend and provide comment. For more information on public comment, please go to provo.org/departments/development-services. Item 1 Tanner Hiatt requests Design Review approval for a residential and commercial building, including 471 dwelling units, located at 312 S University Ave in the General Downtown (DT1) zone. Downtown Neighborhood. Dustin Wright (801) 852-6414 dwright@provo.org PLPPA20210234 Item 2 Chris and Karen Knuttgen request Design Review approval for four townhome units, located at 152 E 500 S. Project Plan approval is contingent on a zone change from Residential Conservation to Low Density Residential. Maeser Neighborhood. Brandon Larsen (801) 852-6408 jblarsen@provo.org PLPPA20200428 Preceding the public hearing, a lunch will be provided to Design Review Committee members at 12:00 p.m. The lunch is open to the public; however, formal presentation of items, public comment, and actions will be reserved for the public hearing at 12:30 p.m. To send comments to the Provo City Design Review Committee members or weigh in on current issues, email them at dspublichearings@provo.org. Provo City will make reasonable accommodations for all citizens interested in participating in this meeting.
