NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE KAYSVILLE CITY CORPORATION The KAYSVILLE CITY CORPORATION is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. - The KAYSVILLE CITY CORPORATION tax on a $479,000 residence would increase from $372.78 to $470.26, which is $97.48 per year. - The KAYSVILLE CITY CORPORATION tax on a $479,000 business would increase from $677.79 to $855.02, which is $177.23 per year. - If the proposed budget is approved, KAYSVILLE CITY CORPORATION would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 26.16% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth. All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase. PUBLIC HEARING Date/Time: 8/19/2021 6:30 P.M.
