- PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE The Springville Planning Commission and City Council will be participating in a series of joint meetings as part of the 1600 South Area Plan and Dry Creek Sub-Area Charrette. These meetings will be held on the following dates and times in the Springville Civic Center Multi-Purpose Room. Kick-Off Presentation: Thursday, August 12, 9:30-11:00 am Regulatory Focus Meeting: Friday, August 13, 1:30-3:00 pm Pin-Up Review: Friday, August 13, 3:30-5:00 pm Mid-Term Presentation: Monday, August 16, 9:30-11:00 am Regulatory Focus Meeting: Monday, August 16, 11:00-12:30 am Final Presentation and Discussion: Wednesday, August 18, 9:30 am-12:00 pm
