- Nephi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 11,2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Nephi City Council Chambers 21 E. 100 N. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment on a request from Terry Messersmith to rezone a parcel of land located at approximately from 200 E to 300 E and from 1500 N t0 1620 N from R1-H to R1-8.
