- Notice is hereby given that the Wasatch County School District Board of Education will hold an executive session on August 6, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. at 101 E 200 N, Heber City, UT, to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, collective bargaining and or matters of litigation. The board may also deliberate as an evaluation committee during the process of evaluating responses to a procurement solicitation, and/or have discussion of information provided to the board during a procurement process if, at the time the board meets, the information may not be disclosed to the public, or to a procurement participant, and the board needs to review or discuss the information to properly fulfill its role and responsibilities relating to procurement. Section 52-4-5 of the Open Meetings Act identifies the topics that may be discussed in a closed meeting.
