August 5, 2021 PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA The Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, August 5, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building located at 108 S. 100 E., Pleasant Grove, Utah. The Work Session will be held from 6:30 - 7:00 p.m. at the same location. Work Sessions are public meetings; however, no testimony will be heard, and no official actions will be taken on items discussed during the work session. Although the public is invited to attend all sessions, public comments are accepted only during the regular business session. 6:30 p.m. Work Session (to consider the following items): (a) Commission Business (b) Staff Business 7:00 p.m. Regular Session: Commission Business: a. Pledge of Allegiance and Opening Remarks b. Agenda Approval c. Staff Reports d. Declaration of conflicts and abstentions from commission members 1. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located on the foothills east of the Murdock Trail from approximately 2000 North to 2800 North (Big Spring Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider a request of Pleasant Grove City for a site plan for Phase 3 of the multi-use trail system in eastern Pleasant Grove, located on the foothills east of the Murdock Trail from approximately 2000 North to 2800 North. 2. Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit - Located at approx. 485 W 220 S (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Mason Molyneaux for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a fiber optic communication building on property located at approximately 485 West 220 South in the C-G (General Commercial) Zone. 3. Public Hearing: Rezone - Located at approx. 1072 N 2000 W (Mud Hole Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Penn Owens to apply the P-O (Professional Office) Zone to approximately 1 acre on property currently zoned R1-8 (Single Family Residential), located at approximately 1027 North 2000 West. 4. Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at approx. 1072 N 2000 W (Mud Hole Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Penn Owens for a 2-lot preliminary subdivision plat, called BLVD Yard Offices Subdivision Plat 'A' on property located at approximately 1027 North 2000 West in the P-O (Professional Office) Zone, and on property currently zoned R1-8 (Single Family Residential) proposed to be rezoned to the P-O (Professional Office) Zone. 5. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at approx. 1072 N 2000 W (Mud Hole Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider a request of Penn Owens for a site plan for a single-story, multi-tenant office building on property located at approximately 1027 North 2000 West currently zoned R1-8 (Single Family Residential) proposed to be rezoned to the P-O (Professional Office) Zone. Review and approve the minutes from July 8,2021 and July 22, 2021, Planning Commission Meeting.
