Cleveland Town Council Meeting August 5, 2021 at 7:00 pm 130 West Main, Cleveland, UT 84518 Call to Order: Flag Ceremonies: Opening Ceremonies: Pledge Minutes: Questions for the Mayor and Council Limited to 10 minutes This time has been set aside for any person to express ideas, concern, comments, questions or issues that are not on the agenda. Please state your name and place of residence. Please limit your comments to three minutes. State Law prohibits the council from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda. In this form of government, all town administrative personnel are under the direction of the mayor, not the council. Please discuss any concerns you may have regarding administrative staff with the mayor. Action Agenda: 1. Danae Jensen: Fall Festival for Fire Department 2. Fire Chief Report 3. Set / Approve dollar amount for commercial liability insurance for Old Town Hall (Mrs. Beth's Busy Bees Preschool) 4. Discuss / Amend / Approve Section IX: Employment Classifications and Compensation Line 2. Employment Classifications Item: D Full time salary position 5. Discuss Section IX: Employment Classifications and Compensation Line 9: Compensatory Time Off and Line 10: Overtime Pay 6. Discuss Section X: Leaves of Absence Line 2: Vacation Leave Item D: Unused vacation leave 7. Discuss Cleveland's Days 2021 8. Review bills and approve for payment 9. Council reports 10. Adjourn meeting If there is any portion of the meeting that is closed to the public, the reason must clearly be stated and a roll call vote taken The next regular Council Meeting will be held on September 2, 2021 at 7:00 pm at the Cleveland Town Office, 130 W. Main, Cleveland, unless otherwise noticed.
