PUBLIC NOTICE ST. GEORGE HOUSING AUTHORITY Tuesday August 10, 2021 8:30 a.m. Notice is hereby given that the St. George Housing Authority will hold a board meeting at the Dixie Sun Manor complex located at 975 N. 1725 W. # 101, St. George UT 84770. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Approve minutes of Board Meeting June 8, 2021. 2. Review Housing Assistance Reports (HAP) July/ August 2021. 3. Discuss fiscal year 2020-2021 budget 4. Update on hiring of new Public Housing Manager (Cynthia Hunter) 5. Approval of change to SGHA admin plan (Eligibility for Admission) 6. Jane Fehrenbacker report on DSM. 7. Jimmie Hughes report from the City of St. George 8. Report on the leasing of the 40 new Mainstream Vouchers (Non-Elderly / Disabled) 9. Report on 21 Emergency Housing Vouchers awarded to SGHA. 10. Follow up with Kenny Miller / Gloria Shakespeare bank signatures. 11. Update Board Directory.
