Approval of Minutes A. July 21, 2021 2. Final Plat A. PARK ESTATES C. The proposal involves the platting of a subdivision with 11 single-family homes located at 2730 East 360 South. 3. Site Plan A. CREATIVE SIGNS. The proposal involves an industrial development located at approximately 2333 North 200 East. 4. Zone Change A. 590 EAST CENTER. The proposal involves changing the current zone from R-1-6 to R-3 with the Infill Overlay to allow for townhomes to be built on the vacant lot located at 590 East Center Street. 5. Adjourn
